1. DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. Because all our frames are personalized to each persons own interests, it is made specifically for them and therefore, returning the item is not possible. However, be aware that if you are not satisfied, please reach out to us and we will do what we can to help.

2.  WHAT IS THE WAIT TIME FOR A PERSONALIZED FRAME?

Unfortunately, there is no time frame for personalized frames. Because every personalization differs from one another, it all depends on the back and forth conversations between the seller and buyer. These conversations will happen  all through email - please be on the lookout for my responses. After I make the personalized frame, I will then make that listing available for purchase.

3. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

All orders come wrapped. They are all ready to be handed to the person you are gifting them to. Just make sure you take out the receipt information! 

4. DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

We do not offer same-day delivery. Minimum we can do is 3-5 business days.
